Educational credits for optometrists
We are pleased to announce that participation in the conference entitles you to 5 educational credits for optometrists.
To receive a certificate with the calculated educational points, it is necessary to fill in the application form, which will be available after the conference, and pay a certificate fee of PLN 50. Please send confirmation of the transfer to the following e-mail address: p.zietek@okulistyka21.pl.
